Hypnosis – Access to the Subconscious Mind
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention.
In this state, inner patterns, habits and emotional blockages can become accessible on a deeper level and may be gently transformed.
Hypnosis allows access to inner resources that often remain hidden in everyday life and can therefore support personal change processes in a gentle and lasting way.

What Hypnosis Is
Many people have a distorted image of hypnosis.
Hypnosis is neither loss of control nor manipulation.
During hypnosis, you remain aware at all times and can actively experience the session.
It is rather a state of deep relaxation combined with heightened concentration – similar to the moment just before falling asleep or when being completely absorbed in a book or movie.
In this state, the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to new perspectives and solutions.

How a Session Works
Each session is individually adapted to you and your personal needs.
At the beginning, we take time for a conversation to better understand your concerns, goals and possible underlying factors. This creates space for trust, clarity and a shared direction.
Depending on the topic, a session may include relaxing hypnosis work, positive suggestions or deeper inner process work.
Some topics require several sessions – always at your own pace and aligned with what feels right for you.

Safety and Control
You remain in control throughout the entire hypnosis session.
Hypnosis only works in cooperation and with your own inner consent.
No one can be made to do anything in hypnosis that goes against their values or beliefs.
My Training
I completed my hypnosis training according to the standards of the
National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH).
The NGH is one of the world’s oldest and largest hypnosis organisations.
Hypnosis is one of several methods I use to support people holistically through personal change processes.
